Let me introduce myself!
After 15 years running two successful service and retail businesses, retraining, and then working in an accounting firm as a bookkeeper, I once again run my own business. I love working with amazing people to do their bookkeeping and free them up to do what they love - run their own businesses. I understand what it means to run a business, how hard it is to manage the good times and tough times, the constant struggle of work/family life balance but also how satisfying it is to get the most reward for your effort and feel successful.
What Can I Do For You?
I can offer a range of personalised services depending on what your business needs. Outsourcing your bookkeeping allows you to only pay for the hours you use, saving administration costs, and frees up time and space for yourself. I'm happy to work across any industry, but currently have clients with businesses in the hospitality, building and construction, IT, labour hire, consultancy, and property rental sectors.
General Bookkeeping
I can help with a wide range of bookkeeping services including debtors, creditors, account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, GST and PAYE returns, reporting and analysing information.

Job Management
If you run jobs or projects, tracking time and costs accurately and visibly means nothing is falling through the cracks at invoicing time. I ensure this is set up efficiently and that reporting is meaningful.

Training & Systems Implementation
Whether you need a review of your current systems and processes, advice on doing things better or smarter, or your team needs some training to maximise the systems you use, I can offer this support.

Payroll Services
I have experience in various payroll packages for payrolls both large and small. Payroll can be an area where people struggle to get things right, and I can accommodate this.
The aim here is accurate record keeping.
Qualifications and Accomplishments
I hold a Diploma in Accounting, am certified in Xero, WorkflowMax, Xero Payroll, and also have exprience in MYOB, Vend, Hubdoc, ReceiptBank, PaySauce, iPayroll, and Smart Payroll. As a member of the Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers, I'm held to the highest standards of ethics and training.
